All Teams: 15 October (15:00-17:00) at Eagles Karate Club.
In order to help our students prepare for their various upcoming championships and to give the coaches the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the team members, we have scheduled monthly training sessions for our karateka.
Our annual training camp will be held at Alte-lekker Youth Camp site in Midrand (Close to the St George Hotel). The camp wil cater for the tradiontal and competitive karate with a lot of fun activities. Download the pdf Camp letter (on the left) for more information.
